The Main Hall provides you with an overview on your Relics and Production Boosts.
Production Boost: Over the course of the game, you will gain the ability to increase your production of three of the 9 Standard Goods in the game. The three boostable Standard Goods are assigned when your city is created. They are listed in the Main Hall. To get a production boost, you will need to unlock its technology in the Research Tree and collect the corresponding Relics on the World Map or in the appropriate Tournaments.
When you start the game, your placement on the map is assigned randomly. You will also be assigned 3 Boosted Goods, one from each category. These will depend on your location on the map and the 3 provinces around your city. You can also see the your boosted goods listed in your Main Hall.
Your tier one boost production starts in Chapter I went you finish the research tree. Tier two in Chapter II tier three in chapter III. To activate a production boost, you need to unlock its technology in the Research Tree and collect the corresponding Relics on the World Map. The more corresponding Relics you collect, the more your boosts will be upgraded in the Main Hall.
Building Nonboosted Manufactories vs your boosted goods. The down sides of nonboosted manufactories are population x space x culture x resources = goods.
a 1st level steel Manufactory produces 9 steel a day but if this is your boost goods your first boost gives you a 40% increase! 3 x 65%, 7 x 86%, 10 x 106%, 15 x 123%. up to 500 x 700%!
So making nonboosted goods you just get 9 a day. easy to craft tier one Manufactories for Fellowship Adventures and tier one Manufactories do not have culture requirements this well be the only time you well need all three tier one manufactories.
If you continue to upgrade Non boosted Manufactories you tie up culture, space and population waste goods and supplies upgrading Manufactories that do not produce as many goods as a boosted goods manufactory. You should use the space, population, culture making and upgrading your boosted goods and trade your boosted goods in the trader for any needed nonboosted goods.
You save population, space, supplies, gold and goods that can now be used for other things like residences, armory's, breeding grounds and culture buildings.
