I have admitted I will not pay to watch Star Trek. I am so far behind every one else tell bits and pieces get posted on Youtube. Having watched season one from the library and now having watched bits and pieces from season two I find myself intrigued with the Borg queen and Dr. Agnes Jurati. A divinely delicious mix of interactions reminiscent of Eddie Brock and Venom or I so hoped.
I am only speculating on what very little I have viewed or read in transcribes posted online.
A loneliness that the Borg Queen feels and can not fill with a nonillion minds. Now alone with none but her own mind she feels it most.
Two very broken people
Could Queen/Agnes be the savor of the Borg when they go back to their timeline for ever changing the Borg. could the joining of two broken people make a whole that fills the void in both?
But the one constant in Star Trek is that it always lets you down.
We are a war like people, we will being about our own extinction we can not go but for a hand full of years with out a war. We commit genocide we murder innocent people justifying it to make us sound humane or righteous. We still worship an evil god we practice evil religions, we support evil corrupt leaders who lie, cheat, kill, abuse their powers rule through tyranny. But I digress the Q perspective is spot on humanity is a plague that consumes every thing.
Q accused Humanity of being a "dangerous, savage child-race." It is so sad how far the franchise has fallen from Gene Roddenberry vision, dark ugly war like changing to become more profitable to entertain the child race. Seven of nine a blood thirsty killer an ends justifies the means. Most of the fan base it like that now. Star trek use to be some thing you could watch over and over now you watch it once be disappointed and then never watch it again. you had hope that it would be redeeming and then once again it let you down so much potential just pissed away with extremely bad writing war, time travel, the Borg, throw in Q and a young Guinan no star ships they cost money no space travel no seeking out new worlds just running around modern day LA no special effects nothing Star Trek.
It's the Trip and T'pol paradox I find the only thing I care about is the Queen/Agnes story line kill off Picard leave Seven of Nine in 2024. Who cares about them Queen/Agnes going back and liberating the borg collective Queen/Agnes joined as one making each whole the borg conflict resolved. it's nice to contemplate but I think the franchise it to far gone now greed corruption bad writing series seasons growing shorter less content it's just turned ugly.
I am how ever really happy I did not spend any money to watch it or spent any money on the DVD's it would have been a huge waste of money. oh well I really like Emperor Philippa Georgiou having her running about killing everyone and eating some of them would be interesting in the section 31 series. I am pretty much over hoping humanity is worth saving time to kill everyone because she can.

Queen "But you, you fragile teacup. You... ...are accustomed to this feeling anywhere."
Agnes: "What feeling?"
Borg Queen: "Un-belonging."

Queen: "You are like the brightest peacock, yet still so afraid to shine. And that, dear Agnes, is why you are so frequently alone."
Agnes: "You want to talk about being alone? Look at you. You're disconnected from the hive. You're trying to have a slow conversation with me just to have someone to talk to. If my friends crash or get captured, how chatty do you think I'm gonna be then"
Queen "Help now and what do I get?"
Agnes: "Me."
Queen: " I got a lot of your... thoughts still swimming around in my head after our, you know. You hate being alone just as much as I do."
Agnes: "So how about it?"
Queen: "You and I trade sad sack stories in between pressing catastrophes."

Two very broken people
Queen: You're alone, Agnes, in every timeline, every permutation, in every reality of this universe. You are utterly alone. Stop talking.
Queen: That is your fate. Forever invisible. But I could change all that. Imagine, being loved, completely, every thought and whisper cherished, shared. With our minds joined as one, we could be more. I am the only one in the entire universe that has ever truly seen you."

Queen: "Oh, I am proud of you, Agnes. Thank you for the flood of endorphins, by the way. Those nasty little stress hormones were getting in my way."
Agnes: "What's happening?"
Queen: "This was my plan all along. Finally, the endorphins I needed. I think I'll steer this ship for a while."
Agnes: "No, wait. I-I'm in control."
Queen: "Not anymore."

Queen: "Not anymore."
Agnes: I won't let you take this ship.
Queen: There you are, I could still sense you in there, Still feel you chattering about.
Agnes: Do you know what it feels like to put my hands around my friends throat and not beable to do a god damn thing about it?
Queen: A bit like hanging limbless, powerless.
Agnes: I been poking about in the trash dump of a mind, Wow by the way! Because I had to know why millions of species, planets and still you always needed more.
Queen: Perfection takes time my dare.
Agnes: This was never about perfection or evolution or any of that bull shit it was never enough because just like me, Lonely.
Queen: To share your crude colloquialism bull shit.
Agnes: Then why have you not killed me yet?
Queen: There you are, I could still sense you in there, Still feel you chattering about.
